Although Prezly saves all your Stories in your account, having the option to download Stories as PDFs can come in handy.
Our application currently does not have a direct option to export Stories as PDFs, so in this article, we'll give you a step-by-step guide on how to use your browser's options to save a story in PDF format.
Select the story you wish to save as a PDF
Click on the
Preview tab, where you can see what the Story will look like once it is published. Here, you'll also see a URL above the Story – click on the URL.
A new page with the preview URL will open. On the top left of your browser, go to
File and click on
Print . Alternatively, you can use Command + P (or Control + P if you are using Windows) to trigger the Print dialogue.
Save as PDF and press the
Save button. This will download the PDF into your computer. This is what it looks like if you are using Chrome.
